I want you to love your new painting. If it isn’t the perfect fit for your home, returns are accepted.
Return Window
•Notify me within 30 days of delivery by completing and emailing the Return Form (instructions below).
•Return the artwork within 60 days of delivery. Returns initiated or received after these timeframes may not be eligible for a refund.
Condition Requirements
•Artwork must be returned in its original condition and with all original packaging materials when possible.
•Use a reliable, trackable carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and purchase full insurance for the value of the artwork. This protects you in case of loss or damage during the return shipment.
Refund Amount
•Upon safe receipt and inspection of the painting in original condition, I will refund the full purchase price and the original outbound shipping cost to your original payment method.
•You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
•Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for inspection and processing. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Return Instructions
•Complete the Return Form (include order number, name, address, phone, email, artwork title, and reason for return).
•Email the completed form within 30 days of delivery to the address listed on your order confirmation or website contact page. You’ll receive return shipping instructions and the return address.
•Pack the artwork securely using the original packaging if possible.
•Ship with tracking and insurance and email the tracking number to me so I can watch for its arrival.
Damaged or Lost in Transit (on the way to you)
If your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact me within 3 days of delivery. I’ll file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Exclusions
•Custom/commissioned artworks may be ineligible for return unless damaged in transit. If you’re considering a commission, I’ll discuss specifics before the project begins.
•Normal color variation from screen to real life is not considered a defect, but I’ll gladly answer questions before purchase to help ensure a great match.
